Services Provided by A Center For Grieving Children

Support Groups:

A Center For Grieving Children provides a safe, caring environment which supports children and their families as they work through their grief and loss. There is no charge for attending our support groups.

We are available to provide training and initiate support groups.

Crisis Intervention and Consultation:

We are available to schools, community and governmental agencies.

We provide workshops, presentations and in-service seminars to teachers, counselors, parents, individuals and community agencies on how children, teens, and adults grieve and how to provide support to promote healing.

Community Outreach:

Representatives from A Center For Grieving Children go into the community to share information about the Center's programs and services.

Camp Comfort:

Every summer in July we provide a day camp for the youth who participate in our Center.

We have an extensive library that is available to the public.
